Shipping

If your order is placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order is placed on Friday it may be shipped the same day, or it may be shipped on Monday. At checkout you will be given different shipping options with approximate arrival dates depending on the type of shipping you select. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation.

For security reasons we do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.

To cancel an order you recently completed, simply email info@seekingserenity.com. This will help streamline the return process and will enable us to process your request faster. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original packaging, Seeking Serenity will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server.

In addition, information collected (such as sobriety dates and/or any other recovery related information) is kept confidential.

7. What is the optimum way to care for Seeking Serenity garments?

All apparel should be washed in cold water with like colors and optimally line-dried. When needed, dry on low. Do not bleach. Some fading is expected over time.

8. Will my t-shirt or tank top shrink?

All apparel is pre-washed to deter shrinking if washing instructions are followed.

Bamboo is actually a grass. It is one of the most sustainable fabrics currently available due to its quick growth and lack of pesticides needed.

Seeking Serenity apparel is the whitest it can be without using toxic harmful bleaching agents.

12. What is Seeking Serenity's return policy?

We will accept all apparel and jewelry returns or exchanges, given that they are unused and in good condition. Just simply email us at returns@seekingserenity.com. This will help streamline the process. We will provide you the address for return/exchange. Pack and seal your return/exchange in its original packaging when possible.

At all conventions Seeking Serenity will only be able to offer an exchange during the conference with no returns. All sales are final.
