For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses from the website.

The United States Postal Service may be a less expensive method of shipping, but there may be problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.).The United States Priority Mail service does not guarantee delivery time or provide tracking.

All t-shirts should be washed in cold water with like colors and optimally line-dried. When needed dry on low.
8. What is Seeking Serenity's return policy?
We will accept returns or exchanges on unworn garments within 14 days of purchase. Jewelry may also be can be exchanged for a different size or returned within 14 days of purchase. At all conventions Seeking Serenity will only be able to offer an exchange during the days of the conference with no returns. All sales during this time are final.

11. Where do I ship my return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form and you must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange.
12. How should I ship my return or exchange?
Pack and seal your return/exchange in its original packaging when possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a completed return form. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
